Fast: One Meal
Scripture:
“Seek those things which are above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.
Set Your Mind on things above, not on earthly things” Colossians 3:1b-2 NIV
Thought of the day:
Have you ever lost sight of someone, perhaps a child in a crowded store. You kept on seeking them till you found them again, everything else stopped until you found them. Set your mind on things above, seek God with everything within you. He’s not hiding from you, He’s waiting for you to look His way.
Prayer:
Father, show me how to seek those things above. Help me anchor my mind on things above and not on things of the Earth. Show me what’s most important to You. Give me Your perspective. Help me see with Your eyes, help me hear with Your ears. I want to see things the way You see them. Thank You, Father, for helping me. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
