Scripture:
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will council you (who are willing to learn) with my eye upon you.” Psalms 32:8 AMP
Thought of the day:
Have you ever asked someone for directions? As they begin to give you the directions they tell you where to turn, what to look for, and maybe something that used to be there. They might say that wonderful phrase “you can’t miss it”, which is a good indication you will miss it, because they are so familiar with the way to get there they leave out some steps. I am so grateful, as God instructs us and teaches us the way to go, that He doesn’t send us off on our own, but rather goes with us every step of the way. Psalms 32:8 says He even keeps His eye on us. All we have to do is be willing to learn.
Prayer:
Father, please instruct me and teach me in the way to go. I am willing to learn, so I ask that You help me to learn. My heart is open before You waiting for Your prompting, waiting for Your instructions, and listening for Your still small voice. I am so thankful that You've got Your eye on me. In Jesus name I pray, amen
