MINISTRIES AT ABUNDANT LIFE CHURCH

LIFE GROUPS
Abundant Life grows deeper in relationships through its care ministry teams. Currently, 8 teams meet on the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings each month, in lieu of Sunday evening service. These informal meetings allow time of relationship growth in individual member's homes. The relaxed environment, along with rich times of Bible study and group prayer, allows each member of Abundant Life to grow deep roots in the local church and the Kingdom of God. Pastor Troy and Carla Boulware lead this ministry.

WORSHIP MINISTRY
Worship is more than just an encounter. It is more than an event. It’s even much more than a song or music. It’s an on-going process that actually is intended to be a lifestyle. In helping to fulfill our mission of encouraging others to become and develop followers of Christ, the worship experience at ALCC is targeted to be an experience that is felt and modeled here yet lived out in our daily living through each member of the congregation. GROUNDZERO JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH MINISTRY
Our youth are filled with constant excitement and energy as they take a stand against the temptations that abound in today's world. Through a structured, but flexible environment, they are able to build relationships and realize that they are not alone in their fight. groundzero helps build the foundation that our youth may build upon as they prepare themselves for adulthood. K-FORCE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
The Great Commission of Jesus Christ was to "go and make disciples in all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands." However, in order to "go" effectively, we must be properly equipped. Our K-Force Ministry does just this - equipping children to know and understand God's heart. Children in grades 1-6 enjoy a weekly Sunday morning service - Just For Kids! (10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) K-Force is led by Mallory Jordan.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER
A focused, intense weekly prayer session. The intercessory group covers the church in prayer, targeting church leaders, local needs of the people, regional and national issues. The primary focus of the intercessory prayer team is to pray for people to know God in a personal, saving way. Danielle Owen leads this ministry.

ROYAL RANGERS, MISSIONETTES & RAINBOWS KIDS CLUBS
Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. just for kids. We challenge the kids to dig deeper into God's Word through engaging small group times. Your kids will make meaningful relationships and walk away with a deeper understanding of God's purpose of Love for them.

MOUNTAIN MOVERS SENIOR ADULT MINISTRY
If you're 55 and over, this is the ministry for you. Mountain Movers gives our senior adults opportunities to get together, go places and do things that are fun and relaxing. Led by Pastor Mark & Lisa Short, their hope is that you will have the chance to connect with others, share life experiences, build friendships, and challenge each other to a stronger relationship with the Lord in what they believe should be some of the best days of your life.
