Calendar of Events FEBRUARY February 4 - Saturday: 5:00-7:00 p.m. Men's Ministry Chili Bowl III All men and women high school age and older are invited to come sample the chilies concocted by the Men's Ministry.this Saturday, February 4 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Childcare for Kforce age and below will be provided in the Kforce building - food will be provided. February 8 - Wednesday: 7:00 p.m. Gospel Group "Nailprint" Be here for a great night of gospel music with the live band - Nailprint. Nailprint is a local group made up of 4 guys from Henderson, Evansville and Newburgh, and includes our very own, Pastor Kevin. Invite your family and friends to attend. You’ll surely enjoy the sounds of this local talent! February 12 - Sunday: 10:45 a.m. Water Baptism Water baptism will be performed in the 2nd Service. February 12 - Sunday: 12:15 p.m. Newcomers Luncheon There will be a Newcomers Luncheon immediately following the 2nd Service in the Fellowship Hall. February 17-19 - Friday-Sunday: groundzero's Winter Retreat If you have a student scheduled to attend Winter Retreat, we have been notified by the campground that the Medical Release form we previously distributed in the Winter Retreat packets is no longer being accepted by them. New forms were given to the student on January 11 in groundzero, but if you didn’t receive it, please pick one up from the church office. New forms will need to be signed and submitted to Pastor Josh ASAP. Balances for Winter Retreat are due by Wednesday, February 1. Please see Pastor Josh to determine your final amount. February 18 - Saturday: 1:00 p.m. Special Olympics Polar Plunge at Scales Lake in Boonville As a part of the Warrick County Sheriff's Department, Pastor Kevin Kappler will be participating in the "Freezin' for a Reason" Polar Plunge. He will be taking a dip into the freezing waters to earn funds for the Special Olympics, and needs sponsors to help him with this outreach event. All donations are tax deductible and can be made by contacting the Abundant Life office at 853-3437. February 19 - Sunday: 9:45 a.m. Let's Get Acquainted Class Beginning We invite all those new to Abundant Life in the past 3 months, or those just checking out our church, to get acquainted with our lead pastors, Troy & Carla Boulware, in a “Let’s Get Acquainted” 8-week Sunday school class. During the course of this time, you will get to know our pastors, where they came from, how the church came to be, the church’s vision, what we believe and why. Very informal class time.
